Q: What medication do you have available for me to purchase?
A: Please read the section called "products" on our website, where you will find a complete list of products that are available; if your medication is a controlled substance, the law prohibits us from dispensing these online -- you will have to meet with your physician in person. Examples of these types of medications are Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, and more.

Q: What jurisdictions have licensed your physicians?
A: All of our physicians are licensed within the United States. In addition to being U.S. licensed, each of our physicians and pharmacies are board certified.

Q: How does one go about canceling their order?
A: You can only cancel your order prior to shipment or before the doctor approves it. After the doctor has approved your order and/or we've shipped it, we can no longer cancel it. The terms and conditions page has a section on our cancellation policy for any additional information you require.
